Patient-centric infrastructure for microsampling and monitoring
PulseFlowThe needle. The journey. The missed appointment.
The patient who never gets there.
The sample collected too rarely to reveal a trend.
A single clinic door that becomes a single point of failure.
Healthcare is becoming remote, continuous and patient-centric. Yet sample collection still depends largely on clinic visits, trained personnel and conventional large-volume workflows.
The sample should travel.
Not the patient.
Microsampling brings small-volume clinical collection closer to the patient: caregiver-assisted or self-sampled at home, supervised and professionally collected in a practice, pharmacy, clinic or ward.
One infrastructure supports both settings: every collection is coordinated through Pulse and routed to the appropriate laboratory workflow.
We own no lab. We integrate with all.
So we never compete with you. We bring volume you don’t have to go and find (programmes with patients already enrolled, samples already collected, and results routed straight into your LIMS). Always fair.
Join the network →So the laboratory is your decision. Use the one you already work with, or one from our network, the same platform either way. Always your choice.
See laboratory services →Every sample. One Pulse.
We begin with capillary blood, using advanced devices designed to minimise discomfort and make collection more approachable, even for children and people with needle fear. From there, our patient-centric sampling infrastructure extends across saliva, urine and stool.
We began with the part people fear.
And set out to make it feel like nothing.
Capillary blood, saliva, urine and stool (each coordinated through one platform, from collection and identity to custody, laboratory routing and results).
Signals reveal the trend. Samples reveal the biology behind it. Pulse brings both into one longitudinal health record, connecting clinical biomarkers with continuous data from wearables and sensors. See monitoring →
Almost nobody holds both at scale. The two need different infrastructure (attestation and ingestion on one side, a regulated kit and a chain of custody on the other) which is why continuous signal and laboratory-validated ground truth so rarely end up in the same record.
Five layers carry a sample from collection to your LIMS, with identity and custody documented at every hand-off. Start with the layer you need today; add the rest when your programme asks for them.

Discuss kits →Collection kits with outbound and return logistics and documented chain of custody, with controlled-temperature transport where the assay requires it.
Discuss managed collection →Managed collection with participant identity, sample tracking and programme visibility through Pulse, and guided collection through Flow.
Discuss connected collection →Connect an existing collection workflow to accredited analysis and structured result delivery. Available on its own (it does not require our devices, kits or logistics).
Use your own laboratory, or one from our network.
Discuss laboratory services →Devices, kits, logistics, identity, tracking and laboratory services, coordinated as one programme on one platform.
Discuss your programme →Use only the layers you need. We connect the rest.
Every sample is sealed and tracked from the moment it's drawn, and temperature-logged where the assay requires it, the difference between a clinical-grade result and a consumer mail-in test.
Decentralised trials, therapeutic drug monitoring, population screening (clinical-grade collection, applied). See use cases →
We work through partners in healthcare, life sciences and public health. You keep the patient relationship; we provide the collection infrastructure behind it.
Sign in and every rate is on screen before you order. Laboratories pay no joining fee, no subscription and no integration fee, at any level (one fee on the volume we bring them, and never a cent on the business they already have). Practices start free and pay the laboratory’s own price for a test, with no mark-up from us. Programmes start free too, and pay for what they ship.
Device, kit and logistics rates depend on what you order and where it goes, so they live in your account rather than on a page. The custody fee is the one line that never varies: the same for every device and every country, falling with what you ship. Your own band is on screen in Pulse before you order, against the volume you have actually shipped. See the full pricing →
Small-volume clinical samples, collected through patient-centric workflows (at home or at the point of care, by patients, caregivers or healthcare professionals). We begin with capillary blood and extend across saliva, urine and stool. Humans Nexus is the patient-centric infrastructure for microsampling and monitoring: samples collected at home or at the point of care and analysed in ISO 15189-accredited laboratories, their results matched with continuous data from wearables, all on one platform.
For a validated panel, yes. Capillary and dried formats like VAMS are designed to deliver clinical-grade results from microlitre volumes, with controlled-temperature transport protecting analyte integrity end to end.
Capillary blood (liquid, VAMS and DBS), saliva, urine and stool, all orchestrated on one platform.
Documented chain of custody, ID-matched tamper-evident sealing, DHL-tracked returns and controlled-temperature logging from collection to accessioning.
Yes. We own no laboratory, so we never compete with the labs we integrate. Use your own, or select one from our network (at home or at the point of care, the same laboratory selection applies, and we coordinate collection, custody and routing around it).
Laboratories, pharma and CROs, digital-health companies, insurers and public health programmes. We work through partners, they reach the patient; Nexus never sells directly.
EU-based and EU-sovereign, IVDR- and GDPR-native (patient data stays under the patient's control, custody documented end to end).
