Small-volume clinical samples, collected through patient-centric workflows (at home or at the point of care, by patients, caregivers or healthcare professionals). We begin with capillary blood and extend across saliva, urine and stool. Humans Nexus is the patient-centric infrastructure for microsampling and monitoring: samples collected at home or at the point of care and analysed in ISO 15189-accredited laboratories, their results matched with continuous data from wearables, all on one platform.
Is microsampling as accurate as a venous draw?
For a validated panel, yes. Capillary and dried formats like VAMS are designed to deliver clinical-grade results from microlitre volumes, with controlled-temperature transport protecting analyte integrity end to end.
Which sample types can be collected remotely?
Capillary blood (liquid, VAMS and DBS), saliva, urine and stool, all orchestrated on one platform.
What makes it clinical-grade rather than a mail-in test?
Documented chain of custody, ID-matched tamper-evident sealing, DHL-tracked returns and controlled-temperature logging from collection to accessioning.
Can we keep using our existing laboratory?
Yes. We own no laboratory, so we never compete with the labs we integrate. Use your own, or select one from our network (at home or at the point of care, the same laboratory selection applies, and we coordinate collection, custody and routing around it).
